An award-winning technology and transformation leader, Louise has been recognised as EU CIO of the Year 2025 & 2026 and a Global CIO 100 winner, reflecting her impact and leadership across technology, digital transformation and innovation. Throughout her career, Louise has worked at the intersection of business strategy, technology, data, AI and transformation, helping complex organisations turn technology investment into measurable business value. She also brings significant board and advisory experience, including work across technology, risk, governance and transformation. Louise is passionate about the responsible adoption of AI and emerging technologies, and about developing the next generation of technology leaders. She is also an active advocate for women in technology and regularly contributes to industry awards and judging panels.
