Alex Darby is the Founder and Commercial Director of Circle of Leaders, a premium executive events platform created to bring together senior finance leaders, strategic partners, and industry experts through curated experiences that prioritise meaningful relationships over transactional networking. With more than 20 years of experience in executive events, sponsorship strategy, and business development, Alex has successfully launched and grown conference portfolios across cybersecurity, technology, defence, renewable energy, finance, and enterprise transformation. Throughout his career he has worked with organisations including IQPC, NTT DATA and Solar Media, helping global organisations connect with senior decision-makers through high-value executive engagement. Alex founded Circle of Leaders with a simple vision: to redefine executive events by creating an environment where exceptional content, carefully curated audiences, and premium experiences come together to foster genuine business relationships and long-term collaboration. Away from the business world, Alex is a Muay Thai black belt and instructor. Having spent years coaching and developing athletes, he believes the principles of elite performance discipline, resilience, humility, preparation, and continuous improvement are alll equally applicable in leadership and business. This philosophy underpins the Circle of Leaders approach, creating an environment where executives challenge themselves, learn from one another, and continually raise the standard of leadership within their organisations.
